Screen printed in-house here at VS Press on premium quality black Comfort Colors 100% ring-spun cotton tees. We printed with discharge ink on this tee, making for a super soft and breathable print that is comfortable to wear. Discharge ink strips the dye from the fabric, returning it to its natural cotton color. We added some pigment to the discharge ink for the orange and blue on this shirt.

Discharge printing makes for the most comfortable screen printed tees you're going to find anywhere, as it changes the color of the actual fabric, without leaving an uncomfortable deposit of ink on the top, aka the dreaded sweat patch.
